This movie show some culture of american in civil war period. For example, when the lady bring some food to the man, the man treat the lady with a good manner in return. Another example is between husband and wife which busband willing to protect his wife and child when danger came.
I do like this movie because it is not bored. Aung Lee is a directer of his movie so he can make clear all of the details.
